How do I remove dip powder?
Just use acetone. If you file it beforehand, it will be easier to remove. You would use the same procedures as an acetone wrap for removing gel polish. Full set of instructions here.
How do I make sure my nails come out extra shiny?
The most important step for achieving shiny nails is to buff or file your nails between the activator coat and the top coat. Once the activator has fully dried, buff your nails down to the desired thickness. Wash your hands and thoroughly dry your nails. Then apply the top coat for a shiny finish.
How do I prolong the wear of my nails using Dipsy polish?
The best way to prevent chips and maintain perfectly polished nails is to start with careful preparation. The key is to clean hands, nails, and cuticles thoroughly from dust and oil before application.
The lid of my 2-in-1 base/top coat is stuck. What's happening?
The 2-in-1 base/top coat is a strong adhesive. You need to be careful to not get it on the neck of the bottle or it will stick the cap to the bottle. If this happens, you can remove the lid with pliers or another tool and then apply brush softener to clean the sticky parts. You can wipe the rim of the bottle after you are done with the product to prevent this from happening again.
My 2-in-1 liquid is getting thick. What's happening?
The reason your base/top coat is getting thick is because you are not allowing the Activator to dry long enough before applying top coat. If the Activator gets on the brush, then you put it in base/top coat bottle, it can cause this to happen.
Do your products have an expiration date?
Dipsy products are best when used within 24 months of purchase. Store in a cool and dry area. Keep out of direct sunlight for maximum lifespan. Be sure to wipe the neck of bottles clean after each use.
Are your products cruelty free? Do you test on animals?
Our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. We love animals and would NEVER test our products on them.
When will my order ship?
All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 8-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free international shipping to many countries around the world.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are listed tax-free. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, as determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
How do I return an item?

Will shipping be covered for my returns?
